Hi, I’m JP Korpi the founder of K-Factor. I would like to introduce you to my team. We are industry experts in claims negotiation, policy language, interpretation, and claims estimating.
I started this firm because I believe in the rights of the policyholder. I don’t believe you should have to settle with your insurance company for anything less than what you are owed. You can do better, and I can help. We believe, you truly need to be fully indemnified based on your policy provisions. We believe that if you’re owed anything through those policy provisions that you should see it reflected in your settlement offer.
As a public adjusting firm, we represent you and your rights, to get what you are owed out of your policy.
Remember, the insurance company will have a seasoned professional adjuster represent their interest, and you should have the same advantage in hiring a public adjuster to be your advocate and represent your interest.
As your advocate, not only do we bring to the table all of our in-house staff, but also our many years of deeply cultivated relationships with industry experts, including engineers, forensic accountants, contractor mitigation teams, and some of the best legal counsel the industry has to offer.
As adjusters for the insured, We will seek the amount you’re owed. Let us help you get the maximum settlement with minimum effort on your behalf.
